James gave us premium service throughout our purchase of a home in Cochrane. We really can’t praise him enough for all he did for us. He was responsive, answered questions, and followed up on every detail. Because we were purchasing from out-of-town, he provided live video tours of potential purchases and then went through the home again with us for the ones that were tops on our list. He communicated with us as often as we could have wished and kept us in the loop on every detail. He was meticulous in pointing out the features of each home, both good and bad. He was also a great negotiator and made sure we got a good deal. Even after we moved in, he was happy to come to the new home and orient us to some of the features that were unfamiliar to us. Absolutely a stellar experience throughout. We recommend him highly!
