West Valley

West Valley runs along the 1A corridor on Cochrane's west side, an established family neighbourhood with ball diamonds and green space built into its middle rather than tacked onto its edge.

It shares the west end's best trick: some of the fastest mountain access in town. Ghost Lake and the Bow Valley corridor start westbound on the 1A, no town traffic required, and the established homes price sensibly against the newer phases across town.
